Sage is a 60m2holiday apartment on the first floor, with ground level access to the south facing terrace directly from the property’s own vineyard. The ceilings show the original timber beams and the walls are plastered with local clay which has only been mixed with water and sand, and gives the walls a warm, red tone. The floor is made of locally produced terracotta tiles, except in the bedrooms, where the natural wooden floors provide extra warmth underfoot.
