The availability application of this website allows you to check if the apartments are available in the desired period. If you fill in the reservation form, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been received and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
You can also make reservations by telephone (+34.665.413.432) or by sending us an email to [email protected] , indicating the apartment you are interested in and the days you would like to stay.
When we contact you, we will provide you with our bank account details in order for you to pay 50% of the rent in advance to complete the reservation. We ask you to transfer the remaining 50% 45 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 45 days before your stay, we ask you to pay 100% of the apartment rent in advance to complete the reservation.
Upon arrival, we ask you for a 200 euro deposit which will be retained in case of any damage to the apartment or the property, otherwise it will be returned to you after a week of your departure, at the most.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
In case you would like to change the dates of your stay or cancel your reservation, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible by email to [email protected].
The amount that will be charged to change the dates or cancel the reservation depends on how much in advance of your planned stay we are notified of the changes or cancelation.
More than 45 days in advance: 10% of the total amount of the rent for the reserved apartment.
Between 28 and 45 days in advance: 50% of the total amount of the rent for the reserved apartment
Between 7 and 28 days in advance: 75% of the total amount of the rent for the reserved apartment
Less than 7 days in advance: 100% of the total amount of the rent for the reserved apartment
In case we are able to rent out the apartment during the dates of your cancelled reservation, the charge will be reduced to 10% of the total amount of the rent for the reserved apartment, as processing fees.
