You can head into any direction without being disappointed (unless you expect to see the Grand Canyon). A twenty minute walk will take you through fields and vineyards over a small bridge over the Agost river and into La Torre de Claramunt.
The walk to the village Vilanova i Espoia, on a hill South of Can Gramunt, is about double that long. A particularly nice excursion is to Can Feixes, an old farm in ruins with views as far as the Pyrenees. This destination can be reached after a two hours hike.
